Abstract
|
|
|
Passive transfer of DNCB contact sensitivity was performed by i.v. injection of spleen cell suspension (1 × 10^(8)/ml in RPMI 1640) into the hind vein of normal guinea pigs.
Index of contact sensitivity of positive and negative control groups were respectively 83.33% and 8.33%. Transferred contact sensitivity was achieved by spleen cells in guinea pigs, however, the reaction (36.89%) was weaker than that of the positive cont,rol.
